This four session workshop provides participants a weekly experience designed to help participants stop, look, evaluate, and change (if desired) behaviors that lead to unhealthy lifestyles. The workshop is limited to 8 participants in order to provide maximum time for each individual to gain new perspectives. Designed to first help a person “catch their breath” and stop the “merry-go-round”, the workshop sessions build upon themselves to assist in identifying barriers to healthier living, learning basic skills to manage stress, and making a commitment to change going forward, if so desired by the participant. This workshop is not group therapy but more similar to an adult education course where participants learn and share at their own pace with other members of the course. Each participant will have the opportunity to develop their own Personal InBalance Plan by the end of the 4 weeks.
Beginning Monday, September 12th and running through Monday, October 3rd. Each session starts at 5:30 p.m. and ends sharply at 7:00 p.m.
Cost of the series is $50.00 per session with a nominal one time materials charge. A 10% discount on fees is applied if all sessions are paid for in advance. All fees paid are non-refundable. Payment plans may be worked out in advance if necessary. Insurance is not charged for this workshop. Credit card payments may be made by selecting the "Pay Now" option below.
